Why not have a go at writing down the progress you are making with your exercising. Even take note of what you are eating, how you feel after your workouts and compare how you are doing on a week to week basis.
By wearing a pedometer you will know the distance you have covered and can attempt to better it the next day.
Record the repetition's you are doing in the gym and the weight that you are lifting.
By taking note of activity levels it will give you a detailed account of how you are doing and this will help your progress.
