- What you eat makes you who you are. While you are exercising and staying healthy it is also vital to be eating the right foods to replace the energy you have used and allow the body to function properly.
- A balanced diet with enough protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fluids is essential in everyday life but even more so after exercising. If you are not eating well and resting enough you may undo all your hard work exercising and your health will suffer.
